Receptionist/Office Administrator

We are currently recruiting an individual, who will provide high quality administrative support to one of our clients, in a professional office.

Not limited, to other general general office duties such as ordering supplies and stationery, assisting with various events, liasing with subcontracted agencies amongst others daily office requirements.

The post calls for someone who is Smart and professional in his/her approach with good customer care oriented skills.

     Job Description

  • Answering the phone
  • Drafting emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Completing application forms related to the firm's clients
  • Scanning of received documents and post, including filing
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post, including courier service
  • Keeping the office diary updated
  • Carrying out reception duties namely greeting clients, showing them to board rooms, preparing coffees and ordering refreshments.
  • Must have a smart professional approach
  • Must have an A level standard of education
  • Be fluent in Maltese and English
  • Be fluent in microsoft office applications 
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
